Enlargement of the lips has become very popular.  Fulness of the lips is not only sensual but gives a more youthful appearance.  Lips can be made fuller with injections or implants.   Several options to enhance the upper, lower or both lips exist.  Injectable fillers including Juvaderm, Restylane, and Cymetra last from several months to over a year.  Swelling is noticeable for one to two days after injection.  Fat injections taken from the waist or thighs can give subtle but permanent enhancement.  Marked swelling associated with this procedure can be diminished by injection of small amounts of fat.

Vaginal Reduction and Tightening

Many young ladies are dissatisfied with the appearance of their overly visible vaginal lips.  The inner lips or labia minora are often stretched hang excessively.

These can be reduced with a straight forward trimming of this thin skin. Care must be taken not to expose or scar the clitoris at the top of the labia.

Women who have given birth can notice that their vaginal canal has stretched out.

Complaints from sexual partners are possible.  This condition can be repaired by tightening the inferior wall vaginal muscles and lining. Brazilian Butt Lift
The "Brazilian Butt Lift"

refers to elevating the sagging bottom of the buttocks with liposuction.  A roll of fat can be removed from this area thereby making the buttock rounder and higher. Fat harvested from your waist, thighs or belly is injected to the upper and outer buttocks to round and fill them out. The back of the thigh is also made to appear longer.  Incisions are 3mm in length, hidden in the buttock/thigh crease.  This proceedure is usually combined with an outer thigh liposculpture thereby improving the appearance of buttock, thigh and leg. Sedation or general anesthesia can be used.   Some soreness and swelling are associated with this.  You can return to your usual activities in a few days.

Buttock enhancement                                                                                                                                                   can be achieved with fat grafting. Sunken areas or dimples can be filled in and rounded out.  This proceedure can be performed with local anesthesia and sedation, permitting you to return to your gig in a few days.  Sculpting and rounding out of the buttocks is best achieved this way.

Significant augmentation of the buttock requires insertion of silicone gel implants through incision in the crease between the buttocks.  The resultant scar is surprisingly inconspicous.  Inserting the implant into the muscles requires a full anesthesia with resulting moderate pain.  Sitting is uncomfortable for 5-7 days.
