Q: What are your hours?
A: Our hours are Monday-Friday 10am – 6pm by appointment.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We accept most insurance plans except Aetna and Medicaid. Insurance will reimburse for what they consider medically necessary to improve breathing, diminish pain from large breasts or to improve function.

Q: Can I get help with financing a procedure?
A: You can apply directly to Prosper Healthcare Lending, Advance Care and Care Credit.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Payments can be made in the form of cash, credit card or check.

Q: How long does the actual procedure take?
A: Most procedures last 1-3 hours in our comfortable on site AAAHC certified operating rooms.

Q: Will the procedure be very painful?
A: There is minimal pain associated with most of our procedures.

Q: How soon will I be able to return to work?
A: Recuperation can be between two days for liposuction and one week for a tummy tuck, eyelid surgery or nose surgery.

Q: What are your general office policies?
A: By booking an appointment, you agree to the following office policies:
– Arrivals
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session (please note that the term “session” includes consultation and changing time).

– Scheduling& Cancelations
Appointments may be booked online, or you can call the office for assistance. The office has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than one business day prior to your appointment, your credit card will incur a $80 charge or if declined or paying by cash, the fee will be added to your next appointment. For persons with multiple cancellations, the office reserves the right to require payment at the time of booking future appointments.

– Other Policies
Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian present to sign a consent form.
